Social Media Manager

Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and execute client content with excellence. This role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing social content that aligns with each client’s brand strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create content that is strategically aligned with each client’s brand and goals

  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms accurately and on time

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and fulfills client deliverables

  • Monitor and manage client social media accounts daily: repost stories, respond to comments, answer DMs

  • Respond to client communication within 2 hours during business hours

  • Prioritize and implement content revisions within 24 hours

  • Address underperforming content within 1 hour of being flagged

  • Send Tuesday Status Update emails weekly by Tuesday morning

  • Submit End-of-Week (EOW) form with all completed work every Friday

  • Attend a monthly alignment meeting with the Director of Operations to review strategy, analytics, roadblocks, and overall performance

  • Maintain proactive and professional client communication related to content and strategy
